Lateral Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology — New York

Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York office to grow and lead cross-practice work at the intersection of litigation, corporate, and technology. The role will focus on fintech and cybersecurity matters alongside corporate transactional work, including M&A and governance issues.

The ideal candidate will have an established partner-level practice, strong client relationships and demonstrable business development capabilities. There is a particular emphasis on matters and client development tied to the West Coast market, while supporting national and international engagements.

• Partner-level experience in litigation and corporate matters, with substantial work in fintech, cyber security or related technology sectors
• Proven client development record and ability to originate and grow work; portable business welcomed
• Experience leading deal teams and coordinating cross-practice engagements (M&A, corporate governance, regulatory/tech-related litigation)
• Active bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain) and strong commercial judgment
