Lateral Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology, Pittsburgh

Washington-area-seeking law firm is looking for a lateral partner to lead and grow a cross-practice Litigation and Technology offering from its Pittsburgh office. The role will focus on matters at the intersection of fintech, cybersecurity and corporate transactions, with responsibility for originating work and expanding regional and national client relationships.

The partner will join an established team and be expected to develop business, supervise fee earners and collaborate with corporate and technology colleagues on transactional and advisory matters. There is flexibility for a candidate with a portable practice aligned to fintech, cyber or corporate M&A work.

• Established partner track record in litigation and technology-related practices, with experience advising on fintech, cyber or corporate M&A matters.
• Proven business development ability and willingness to bring or build a portable practice.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and running matter teams.
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer; clear professional standing.
