Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead an established litigation and corporate technology practice from its Portland office. The role will handle complex commercial disputes and transactional matters with a focus on fintech, cyber security and technology-related corporate governance and M&A issues.

The successful candidate will have a visible market presence on the U.S. West Coast, proven trial and transactional experience, and the ability to originate and develop client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Recognized partner with significant litigation and corporate/technology transactional experience
Background in fintech, cyber security, or technology-related corporate governance and M&A
Proven track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable practice desirable
Experience supervising teams on high-stakes disputes and complex transactions; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
