A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join its Research Triangle Park office to lead and grow an interdisciplinary practice at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology.

The role will focus on fintech, cybersecurity and corporate governance matters, with significant exposure to M&A-related disputes and transaction counseling. The position combines client-facing deal work with sophisticated dispute resolution and incident-response matters.

Portable client relationships and an established book of business are valued; the firm is particularly interested in candidates who can develop West Coast-facing technology and fintech engagements from the office.

Established partner-level experience in litigation and corporate/transactional work, with demonstrable technology-sector experience (fintech, cyber security).
Track record advising on corporate governance and M&A-related matters, including disputes arising from transactions.
Proven ability to originate or significantly grow client relationships and lead cross-disciplinary teams.
Strong reputation for client service, business development, and mentoring junior lawyers.
