Senior partner opportunity to join a well-established litigation and corporate technology practice in San Francisco. The role will lead complex fintech, cyber security and technology-related disputes and transactional matters, working across litigation, M&A and corporate governance issues.

The role offers a broad platform and national client base while maintaining a strong West Coast focus. You will collaborate with cross-practice teams and have support for business development and client relationship expansion.

Ideal for a partner with a portable practice who can bring and grow client relationships in fintech/technology-related areas and help build the team’s presence on the West Coast.

Established partner-level track record in litigation and corporate/technology matters.
Proven client relationships and ability to develop business; portable practice preferred.
Experience with fintech, cyber security, M&A and corporate governance matters.
Admitted (or eligible) to practice in California; strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
