Experienced lateral partner opportunity with a leading international law firm in Wilmington, seeking a senior lawyer to lead and grow an established practice at the intersection of litigation, corporate work and technology.

The role will focus on fintech- and cyber-related matters, corporate governance and M&A work, and will involve client relationship management, business development and high‑value matter leadership. The team is looking for a partner able to bring or develop a portable practice and actively contribute to regional and cross‑jurisdictional matters.

Proven partner-level experience in litigation and corporate transactions, with clear expertise in fintech, cyber security or technology-related matters.
Track record of leading M&A and corporate governance matters and managing complex litigation or regulatory disputes.
Established client relationships or the ability to develop a portable practice; comfortable with business development responsibilities.
Admission to the bar in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Delaware (or eligibility for admission).
