Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate — Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to co-lead litigation and corporate governance work. The role will combine courtroom and transactional responsibilities across regulatory, corporate governance, and commercial disputes.

The partner will supervise and develop a team of associates, advise corporate clients on governance and dispute-risk matters, and work closely with cross-border colleagues. The firm is looking for an experienced rainmaker able to grow practice lines and contribute to business development.

• Established partner with a strong litigation and corporate governance background.
• Admitted to practice (or able to waive/admit) in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; significant courtroom and transactional experience.
• Proven track record of client development and ability to bring or expand portable business.
• Experience managing teams, supervising associates, and collaborating across international offices.
