Leading international law firm is seeking a senior litigation partner to join its Dubai disputes team. The role requires managing complex commercial and cross-border litigation and arbitration matters across the Middle East, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to practice development.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, work with a high-value disputes docket, and be expected to grow and originate business in the region. A portable practice is required/expected.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-border disputes and supervising teams.
Demonstrable business development and client origination ability; portable practice expected.
Admission to a common law jurisdiction; experience practising in the UAE or wider MENA region preferred.
