National law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Albuquerque litigation team with a primary focus on employment and labor matters. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, professional liability and healthcare-related disputes for a mix of corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters from intake through trial and appellate work, supervise junior lawyers, and help grow a regional practice. The position offers integration into an established national platform while allowing for development of a portable practice.

Established partner-level litigation practice with significant experience in employment and labor matters
Proven trial and dispute-resolution experience, including handling professional liability or healthcare-related litigation
Track record of client development and ability to manage and mentor associates; openness to bringing a portable book of business
Bar admission in New Mexico or eligibility to be admitted
