The role involves leading trial and appellate work, managing client relationships, and supervising a multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in business development and practice growth. There is opportunity to bring a portable practice; candidates with an established book of business and strong client network will be prioritized.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
Proven trial and motion practice; strong litigation track record
Experience advising healthcare and construction sector clients or handling professional liability matters
Demonstrated client development and business-generation ability; experience managing and mentoring teams
Active bar admission in Massachusetts (or eligible) and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions
