Proven partner-level litigation experience with a track record in employment/labor and professional liability matters
Extensive trial and/or arbitration experience and courtroom presence
Ability to develop and manage client relationships and contribute to business development
Experience supervising associates and leading matter teams; strong drafting and negotiation skills
