Seeking a partner to join a busy Chicago litigation group with a cross-practice focus on employment, healthcare and construction matters. The role will involve leading significant commercial and professional-liability disputes and advising private-sector clients across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will have partner-level litigation experience, a strong record of case leadership and client management, and the ability to drive business development in the Chicago market. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcome.

Established partner- or senior counsel-level experience in commercial litigation and employment/labor matters
Proven trial and/or dispositive motion experience and ability to manage complex, multi-party disputes
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience advising clients in healthcare, construction or professional-liability contexts preferred
Bar admission in Illinois (or eligibility) and strong team leadership skills
