Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Cleveland litigation team, focusing on commercial litigation, labor & employment, and professional liability matters. The role will handle a mix of defense-side matters across healthcare and construction sectors and will involve courtroom and regulatory work.

The position suits an experienced trial lawyer who can lead complex matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to team growth. A portable practice or evidence of business development success is welcome.

Proven litigation and trial experience in commercial, employment, or professional liability matters
Substantial experience representing clients in healthcare and/or construction-related disputes
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong leadership, supervision, and mentoring skills for junior lawyers
Active bar admission in Ohio (or willingness to obtain)
