Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (Harrisburg)

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a well-established national law firm’s Harrisburg office. The role focuses on commercial and employment litigation, with regular matters arising from healthcare, professional liability and construction disputes.

The team handles contested cases through trial and emphasizes client-facing leadership, business development and cross-practice collaboration. The group is looking for a partner who can both develop local client relationships and contribute to a broader regional practice.

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to obtain admission).
• Established litigation background with significant experience in employment/labor matters; experience in healthcare, professional liability or construction disputes preferred.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex litigation files from intake through resolution.
• Demonstrated client development skills and willingness/ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
