Opportunity for a partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Hartford litigation team, focusing on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, and industry-specific defense work (healthcare and construction highlighted).

The role combines case leadership with client development: you will manage significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a regional practice across litigation, professional liability and employment-related disputes.

Established partner with substantial trial and commercial litigation experience, including employment and professional-liability matters.
Background handling healthcare and/or construction-related disputes preferred.
Proven ability to originate and develop client business; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in Connecticut or eligibility to practice in-state; strong client-management and mentoring skills.
