A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta litigation group. The role will focus on handling complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on employment & labor, healthcare-defense matters, professional liability, and construction disputes.

The partner will lead case strategy and litigation teams, manage client relationships, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on high-stakes matters. This is a practice-building position with expectations for developing and expanding business in the region.

Candidates should have a proven litigation record, significant experience in employment and healthcare-related defense work, and the ability to bring or develop a portable practice. Leadership, trial experience, and active business development skills are essential.

Partner-level commercial litigation experience with a focus on employment/labor and healthcare defense
Proven track record of leading litigation teams and managing complex matters to trial or favorable resolution
Demonstrated business development ability; portable practice or clear plans to grow client base preferred
Active bar admission in Georgia (or willingness to become admitted)
Strong client relationship and practice-management skills
