Seeking a partner to join a busy Houston litigation practice handling complex commercial and employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters, and construction litigation. The role emphasizes trial preparedness, courtroom experience, and client-facing leadership.

The successful candidate will lead cases, manage and develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers within a broad regional and national platform. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcomed.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, including employment/labor and related professional liability or healthcare matters
Proven trial or high-stakes litigation background and ability to lead courtroom teams
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable business development capability preferred
Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible for admission; strong writing and client-management skills
