Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Laramie office to lead and grow a litigation and labor & employment practice. The role will handle contentious matters across commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, and industry-specific matters in healthcare and construction.

The successful candidate will join a multi-practice team, work with local and national colleagues on client matters, and help expand regional client relationships. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities to originate work and develop a portable practice.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction with substantial partner-level litigation and labor & employment experience.
Proven track record in handling commercial litigation, employment disputes, and professional liability matters; experience in healthcare or construction-related disputes a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships and bring in business; comfort collaborating with national teams.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience supervising associates and managing cases from intake through resolution.
