Senior litigation partner opportunity with a national U.S. firm’s office in Livingston. The role focuses on commercial litigation, labor & employment disputes, professional liability, and matters arising in healthcare and construction sectors.

Allocated business development responsibility: the position seeks an experienced rainmaker capable of growing a regional practice while working with a broader national platform. You will lead matters, supervise associates, and collaborate across practice groups on cross-cutting disputes.

Proven track record as a partner or senior counsel in commercial litigation and employment matters.
Strong courtroom and/or arbitration experience handling disputes, professional liability, or healthcare-related litigation.
Client development skills and an ability to bring or build a portable practice; experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission.
