Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Long Island office of a national U.S. law firm. The role focuses on commercial litigation and labor & employment matters, with regular work touching healthcare, professional liability and construction-related disputes.

The partner will manage trial and courtroom matters, supervise associates, and work with claims professionals and corporate clients. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a regional practice within a broader national platform.

Established litigation and labor & employment practice with significant trial or contested matter experience
Experience handling healthcare, professional liability or construction-related disputes preferred
Proven ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate with cross-office teams
Business development capability; portable client relationships welcomed
Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible) and admitted to appear in trial courts
