Experienced partner-level litigator with a record handling employment, healthcare, professional liability, and/or construction disputes
Significant trial and/or high-stakes litigation experience in state and federal courts
Demonstrated business development and client-management capabilities; portable practice welcome
Bar admission in California (or willingness to become admitted) and strong local market ties
