Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Missoula office to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, professional liability and healthcare-related disputes, with opportunities to work on construction and healthcare-industry matters as needed.

The successful candidate will split time between casework, courtroom advocacy and business development, mentoring junior lawyers and expanding client relationships in the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced platform with support for trial work and cross-office collaboration.

J.D. and active Montana bar admission (or willingness to obtain admission)
Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment & labor, professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes
Strong trial and courtroom advocacy skills; experience managing complex cases and supervising teams
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable client relationships welcomed
