Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (Oklahoma City)

Seeking a Lateral Partner to join the litigation and employment practice of a national law firm’s Oklahoma City office. The role will handle complex commercial litigation and employment matters, with regular work involving professional liability, healthcare-related disputes, and construction litigation.

The partner will lead and mentor a small team, manage case strategy and staffing, and work closely with firm leadership on business development and client relationships. This is an opportunity to build a regional platform within an established national practice.

• Established litigation and labor & employment trial background; experience with professional liability, healthcare, or construction matters preferred
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed
• Track record of managing teams and supervising associates on complex litigation
• Bar admission in Oklahoma or willingness to seek admission; strong communication and business-development skills
