Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Ontario

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a national law firm’s Ontario office to lead and expand commercial litigation and employment practices. The role focuses on high-stakes civil litigation, employment and labor matters, and professional liability work across healthcare and construction sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling bet-the-company disputes, regulatory matters and defense-side professional liability work. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice and contribute to cross-office client development and case strategy.

• Seasoned trial and litigation experience at partner level, with a strong employment/labor litigation background.
• Proven track record in commercial litigation, professional liability, or healthcare-related disputes; experience with construction matters desirable.
• Demonstrated client development skills and ability to originate and grow portable work.
• Ability to lead teams on complex matters and collaborate across practice groups and offices.
