Seeking a partner to join a busy Philadelphia litigation practice with a strong focus on employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes. The role will lead complex courtroom and pre-litigation matters and work with an established team of litigators.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of originating and managing client relationships and will be able to build and grow a portable practice. The position offers a leadership role handling local and regional matters across regulated industries.

Established partner-level litigation experience, including employment and professional liability matters
Proven client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Active bar admission (Pennsylvania preferred) and courtroom experience
Strong trial and motion practice, with experience in healthcare or construction-related disputes a plus
