National law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and grow a litigation and employment practice. The role focuses on defending and advising employers and representing clients in complex commercial and professional liability matters across healthcare and construction industries.

This is a leadership role with client development expectations; candidates should be able to take on a mix of courtroom representation, regulatory and compliance counseling, and risk-management work. The firm offers national platform support while providing significant autonomy in building local business.

Established litigation and labor & employment partner with substantial experience handling employer-side litigation, professional liability, or healthcare-related disputes.
Proven track record of client development and managing matters from intake through trial or resolution; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Experience handling construction-related disputes a plus.
Member in good standing of the state bar where work will be performed (or ability to transfer/admit).
