Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy, multi-practice litigation team in Providence. The role will handle complex commercial and employment litigation matters, with opportunities to work on healthcare, professional liability and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop business and collaborate across disciplines. This is a partner-level role for an attorney with a track record of trial and contingency work and the ability to build or sustain a portable practice.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in commercial and employment litigation.
Substantive experience in one or more of: healthcare disputes, professional liability, or construction litigation.
Demonstrated trial experience and ability to manage complex matters from intake through resolution.
Proven business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Admission to practice in Rhode Island or eligibility for admission.
