Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team with a focus on employment, healthcare- and construction-related disputes. The role will handle complex commercial and professional liability matters across state and federal courts and provide strategic counsel to institutional and corporate clients.

Ideal candidate will lead litigation matters, mentor associates, and help expand the office's client base. This is an opportunity for a partner with an established, portable practice to step into a platform that supports cross-practice collaboration and regional coverage.

Partner-level experience handling commercial litigation and employment/labor matters; experience in healthcare and construction disputes preferred
Proven trial and/or high-stakes litigation experience in state and federal courts
Track record of leading teams, supervising associates, and managing client relationships
Business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business
Active bar admission in California (or eligibility to obtain)
