Leading national law firm seeks an experienced litigation partner to join its Seattle office focused on commercial litigation with significant labor & employment, healthcare, and construction workstreams. The role will lead case strategy, manage trial teams, and advise clients across complex disputes.

The office values lawyers who can build and maintain client relationships, develop business, and mentor junior attorneys. A portable practice or demonstrable client development record is welcome.

Established partner with substantial commercial litigation and labor & employment experience
Proven trial and appellate advocacy skills and courtroom presence
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission or eligibility to practice in Washington
