Senior litigation partner opportunity with a national firm’s office in Southern Illinois. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a heavy emphasis on employment and labor matters, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction litigation.

This is a high-responsibility role: you will lead complex matters, manage and mentor associates, and work directly with institutional and private clients. A portable practice or demonstrable client development track record is welcome.

Established partner with substantial litigation and labor & employment experience
Proven trial/ADR experience and track record handling professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business preferred
Strong leadership and team management abilities; ability to supervise associates and engage with clients
