Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join a busy regional practice serving employers and businesses across Ventura County. The role focuses on commercial and employment litigation, with matters arising from healthcare, professional liability and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation group and lead cases, supervise associates, and develop client relationships. This is an opportunity to take on significant runway for business development while working with an experienced trial-focused team.

Established trial and commercial litigation experience, with a strong employment/labor component.
Proven ability to manage cases from intake through trial and oversee junior lawyers.
Business development capability; portable book of business or demonstrable client origination preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and excellent advocacy and drafting skills.
