Leading regional practice seeks a lateral partner to join a busy litigation and labor & employment group in the Weirton area. The role will handle commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability matters and healthcare- and construction-related disputes for private and corporate clients.

Ideal candidate will bring partner-level litigation experience, courtroom and motion practice skills, and the ability to develop and manage client relationships. There is flexibility to integrate an existing portable practice and to build a local book of business.

Significant partner-level experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
Proven trial and motion practice; strong courtroom presence
Experience with professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred
Demonstrated business development track record and ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer bar
