Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (Williamsburg)

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Williamsburg office to lead and expand litigation and labor & employment work. The role will focus on commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction-related disputes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex, high-stakes litigation and will be expected to contribute to business development efforts. This role offers significant responsibility for client management and matter leadership within a busy, multidisciplinary practice group.

• Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) with an active litigation background.
• Established experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters; background in healthcare, professional liability or construction litigation preferred.
• Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience managing complex cases and teams.
• Demonstrated business development ability; portable client relationships or a track record of generating new matters encouraged.
