Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (Wilmington)

Established national practice is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to lead and grow commercial litigation and employment work. The role will handle a mix of private‑client matters including employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related litigation and construction litigation.

The successful candidate will step into an active trial and counseling practice, working across related practice groups and mentoring junior lawyers. There is an expectation to contribute to business development and to bring or develop client relationships consistent with a partner role.

• Established track record of handling commercial litigation and employment matters, including trial and appellate experience.
• Experience with professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred.
• Proven business development skills and willingness to build or bring a portable practice.
• Strong leadership, client management and mentoring abilities.
• Admission to practice in the relevant state (Delaware) or ability to obtain admission.
