Seeking an established litigation partner to join a major Bay Area practice group. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation with substantial work across energy, life sciences/digital health, finance-related disputes, real estate, construction and aviation matters.

The successful candidate will lead significant matters, manage and mentor litigation teams, and collaborate across industry-focused teams. There is an expectation of active client development and the ability to bring a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships.

Proven partner-level litigation experience handling complex commercial matters
Industry experience in one or more of: energy, life sciences/digital health, finance, real estate, construction, or aviation
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong team leadership, business development and trial/contested matter experience; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
