Senior litigation partner opportunity in Montreal with a full-service firm. The team is hiring opportunistically for a partner who can strengthen practices in environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar and related commercial and estates litigation.

We seek a candidate with an established, portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships. Moves with a team are welcome where the candidate’s client base and fee profile support the addition.

Successful candidates will be expected to maintain market billing levels, delegate work effectively to associates, and contribute to business development and practice growth.

Established partner or senior counsel with a portable client base and proven business development record
Substantial litigation experience in one or more of: environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar, commercial or estates litigation
Ability to manage matters and delegate to associates while maintaining client relationships and fee standards
Track record of originating work and growing a practice; team moves considered where supported by an appropriate book of business
