Leading Canadian law firm seeks a mid-to-senior lateral partner to join its Montreal office. The role will focus on litigation and real estate matters with opportunities to work on financial services and commercial mandates.

The hire will collaborate with established teams across related practice areas and be expected to develop and maintain a robust practice in Quebec. The firm is open to experienced partners with an existing portable practice as well as senior partners whose skills and client service record demonstrate clear business-generation ability.

Established partner-level litigation and/or real estate practice in Canada
Proven experience managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers
Track record of client development; a portable book of business is advantageous but not required
Ability to work collaboratively across related practices (financial services, commercial)
