Senior partner opportunity to lead and scale a securities practice in the firm s Montreal office. The hiring team seeks a candidate able to establish critical mass for public/securities work rather than a single, isolated hire.

Priority will be given to a portable practice or an intact team capable of generating immediate flow across public securities and related capital markets work. The firm already has notable strength in investment management and private M&A and is open to complementary private-company securities expertise.

Proven partner-level securities experience (public offerings, capital markets and related regulatory work).
Portable practice or an existing team able to generate critical mass for the office; track record of originating and leading matters.
Strong client relationships and business development capability at partner level.
Admission to the relevant provincial bar and ability to practice in Quebec.
