Lateral Partner, Restructuring — Montreal

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a national restructuring and insolvency practice from the firm's Montreal office. The role involves originating and managing complex restructuring matters and guiding a team of restructuring lawyers across Canada.

The team handles a full range of insolvency and restructuring matters for creditors, debtors and stakeholders. The firm is open to an experienced lateral partner who can immediately contribute to and expand the practice; new lateral partners commonly join on a non-equity basis for an initial period.
