Senior litigation partner sought for a Vancouver team, with a portable practice across environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar and general commercial/estates litigation. This is an opportunistic hire: the group is looking for the right candidate rather than to fill a narrowly defined opening.

Experienced partners with an established, market‑rate book of business and a track record of client origination and matter management will be prioritized. Moves with a team are welcome where the practice economics support a group placement.

Established partner or senior counsel with a portable litigation practice in one or more of: environmental, construction, securities, white‑collar, commercial or estates litigation.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to manage matters and delegable work to associates.
Comfort billing at market rates; a book built on deeply discounted rates will not be competitive.
Admission to practice in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (Vancouver/BC) and experience with Canadian litigation practice and procedure.
