Leading Toronto office is hiring a lateral partner to strengthen its litigation capabilities. The team has broad commercial litigation work with particular demand in environmental, construction, securities and white‑collar matters, plus estates-related litigation.

This is an opportunistic hire for an established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable ability to generate and manage high-value work. Group moves are welcome where the partner’s practice level supports a team. Candidates must be able to bill at market rates and delegate work effectively to associates.

Call to the bar in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction and established partner-level litigation experience
Proven portable book of business or clear demonstrable origination capability
Track record in one or more of: environmental, construction, securities or white-collar litigation
Ability to bill at market rates and to lead/develop a team
