A well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Fort Wayne litigation team. This role will lead complex commercial litigation matters across federal and state courts, supervise case strategy, and mentor junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven trial and depositions track record, strong client-service skills, and the ability to grow regional litigation work. A portable practice or demonstrable client development pipeline is welcome.

Seasoned litigator with substantial trial and courtroom experience
Demonstrated client development and business generation ability; portable book of business welcome
Track record supervising associates and managing complex matters
Admission to the relevant state bar or eligible for reciprocity
