Lateral Partner — Litigation, Garden City (Long Island)

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Litigation team in the Garden City (Long Island) office. The role is suited to a first-chair trial lawyer who will lead high-stakes commercial and civil litigation matters locally and regionally.

The position offers responsibility for originating and managing litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with colleagues across practice groups. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development traction are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level litigation experience with first-chair trial exposure
• Proven track record of originating or developing business and managing client relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates
