Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Boston litigation team with a significant healthcare and technology litigation focus. The role will handle complex healthcare litigation matters including False Claims Act defense and managed-care disputes, alongside business litigation involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will lead high-stakes matters, supervise litigation teams, and work closely with clients across health systems, payors and technology companies. The role offers opportunity to grow a practice and collaborate with national litigation and industry-focused groups.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client-development capacity in healthcare or technology-related disputes are encouraged to apply.

Established litigation partner with significant trial and appellate experience.
Proven experience in healthcare litigation (including FCA defense) and business disputes involving AI, cybersecurity or cryptocurrency.
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong supervisory skills and experience managing teams and complex e-discovery or data-privacy issues.
