Leading national law firm seeking a partner to grow and lead litigation capabilities in healthcare and technology-related disputes from its Dallas office. The role focuses on defending complex healthcare matters (including government investigations and managed-care litigation) and on business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The firm is looking for a senior litigator who can take a visible role developing client relationships, supervising teams and handling high-stakes contested matters across healthcare and technology sectors. This is a partner-level opportunity with support for cross-practice collaboration and business development.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, preferably including healthcare litigation and government investigation/defense (e.g., FCA matters) and managed-care disputes.
Demonstrated experience handling technology-related business litigation involving AI, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency issues.
Proven leader able to manage teams, supervise complex matters and participate in business development; portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to originate work preferred.
Admission to the relevant state bar and strong trial and appellate advocacy skills.
