Opportunity for an experienced litigation partner to join a national law firm’s Denver office, focusing on healthcare-related disputes and technology-enabled business litigation. The role will handle matters such as False Claims Act defense, managed-care and payer disputes, and technology-adjacent commercial litigation.

Ideal candidates will join a multidisciplinary team that partners with healthcare, cyber-security, and emerging-technology practices. The position offers client-facing work, case management responsibility, and opportunities to develop or grow a portable practice in the healthcare litigation and tech-liability space.

Proven track record as a partner-level litigator with significant healthcare litigation experience (including FCA defense and managed care disputes).
Demonstrated experience handling technology-related commercial litigation, cybersecurity incidents, or disputes involving AI/cryptocurrency issues.
Strong client development skills and a willingness to grow a portable practice or contribute an existing book of business.
Excellent case management, deposition and trial experience, and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
