We are seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join a national law firm’s Detroit office, focusing on healthcare disputes and technology-related litigation. The role will handle complex matters including False Claims Act and managed-care defense, as well as business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will join an established litigation team and collaborate with healthcare and technology specialists across the firm. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to grow a portable practice and contribute to business development.

Partner-level litigation experience with a significant focus on healthcare matters (FCA, managed care) and related regulatory disputes.
Experience handling technology-related litigation, including AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency disputes.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable book-building track record preferred.
Strong trial and motion experience, excellent client-management and mentoring skills.
