Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Madison office to lead complex commercial and healthcare litigation. The role focuses on False Claims Act defense, managed-care disputes, and business litigation arising from emerging-technology issues.

The successful candidate will manage trial and appellate matters, supervise litigation teams, and advise clients on intersectional issues involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency-related disputes. There is an expectation of contributing to and growing a portable litigation practice.

Established partner or counsel with substantial commercial and healthcare litigation experience.
Proven track record in FCA defense and managed-care or payer-related matters, or comparable healthcare regulatory litigation.
Experience handling technology-related commercial disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) and leading complex litigation teams.
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable litigation practice; trial and appellate experience preferred.
Admission or ability to obtain admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Wisconsin).
