Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami litigation team with a focus on healthcare-related disputes and regulatory defense. The role will involve defending False Claims Act matters, managed care litigation, and complex business litigation intersecting with technology.

Ideal candidates will lead matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate across the firm’s healthcare, technology and cyber/AI practices. This is a partner-track lateral opening where a portable practice or demonstrable client development record is valued.

Partner-level litigation experience with a significant healthcare/regulatory practice (FCA defense and managed care litigation preferred)
Track record handling complex business disputes involving technology issues such as AI, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency-related matters
Demonstrable client development ability or portable book of business
Trial and motion practice experience and strong written and oral advocacy skills
Active bar admission in Florida or willingness to gain admission
