Partner-level litigation experience with a strong track record in healthcare litigation and FCA defense
Substantial experience handling technology-related disputes (cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, AI or similar)
Proven client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to practice in federal courts
